Elli is a well-experienced physiotherapist and health coach, especially with patients involved in motor vehicle accidents. Her main goal is to help with pain management, injury prevention, and maintenance of overall health. Elli's therapy approach involves a variety of techniques including joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, acupuncture, electrotherapy, and aquatic therapy. Elli is passionate about serving the community, helping people to get better, and to enjoy the activities they like.


Elli holds a degree in Bachelors in Medical Radiation Sciences at the University of Toronto, and a Masters in Physiotherapy at McMaster University.​ Elli is now the owner of C.E.S. Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center at Richmond Hill.


Elli has a special interest in orthopedic surgeries, in which she developed a hip and knee replacement prehab programs, and a shoulder surgery prehab program at Rouge Valley Hospital.​​




Dr. Charles Yip is a diversified chiropractor who is specialized in patients with chronic pain. His primary goal is to help with pain management, injury prevention, maintaining joint mobility, and overall physical health. He will use a variety of manual therapies including joint manipulation or mobilization, myofascial release, acupuncture, and electrotherapy.


Dr. Yip holds a degree of Bachelors in Biological Sciences with a Thesis in Immunology at the University of Windsor, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Yip is especially interested in chronic pain with spinal stenosis, especially since working in the Department of Advanced Therapeutics with spinal stenosis patients at Mount Sinai Hospital.





Natalie is an exercise therapist who graduated at the University of Toronto with an honour degree in Bachelor of Kinesiology. Her primary goal is to improve the quality of life of patients through education and awareness on the benefits of habitual physical activity, using the exercise as a form of treatment to enhance movement and performance. Her treatment includes personalized exercise prescriptions that aim to improve aerobic capacity, muscular strength, and endurance.

Natalie has a special interest in understanding the multiple facets of patients to provide an individualized exercise program they will enjoy. Natalie also researched the media’s effects on the perception of physical activity at the University of Toronto.





Mimi is a registered massage therapist and a licensed acupuncturist.


She is passionate about her work and works in collaboration with other healthcare practitioners at our clinic to ensure optimal healthcare for all her patients. She focuses not on relaxation but to treat and help patients in pain.

Mimi’s clientele ranges from private to motor vehicle accident patients.


Mimi can speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.




Yvonne is a front desk representative. She is a graduate at the University of Toronto with an honours degree in Bachelor of Science.

Her interest in physical rehabilitation has brought her to join the amazing team at C.E.S.

Erica is a chiropractic assistant who is also a current chiropractic student at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her primary goal is to advocate for chiropractic care and improve the health and wellness of patients through education and hands-on treatments.


Erica is especially interested in knowing the underlying cause of pain and creating an individualized treatment plan based on patient preference and goals.




Gary graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University. Prior to working at C.E.S., Gary shadowed numerous physiotherapists at private clinics, as well as in long-term care homes. Gary was also an employee at London Health Sciences Centre, a regional health center for southwestern Ontario. 


The three cornerstones Gary abides by when treating clients are empathy, education, and empowerment. Gary has special interests in exercise prescription and injury rehabilitation. By using evidence-based practices, he can help clients reach their movement goals. He is also a current member of the Ontario Society for Health and Fitness (OSHF).




Wing worked as registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong (China) since 1994. He has extensive experiences in hospitals, private clinic and community setting.


He has worked in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as Clinical Educator to supervise physiotherapy students in their clinical internship. He moved to Canada in 2017, since then he focused on obtaining his physiotherapist independent practice license. He graduated from the Ontario Internationally Educated Physical Therapy Bridging (OIEPB) Program through the University of Toronto in February 2019. He earned his Clinical Excellence Award in the Program, demonstrated excellent performance in all the internship clinical performance in Canada.


He can provide therapy to people from wide range of ages and stages of rehabilitation, from infants to seniors, and from acute condition to chronic rehabilitation. He utilizes therapeutic exercises, modalities, clinical acupuncture, mobilization and manual techniques to help patients with various musculoskeletal problems, pain, mobility and movement dysfunction. He can also provide education on self-managing techniques including home exercises program and movement strategies to help patients. Wing can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
