ELLI LUY
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
CLINIC DIRECTOR
Elli is a well-experienced physiotherapist and health coach, especially with patients involved in motor vehicle accidents. Her main goal is to help with pain management, injury prevention, and maintenance of overall health. Elli's therapy approach involves a variety of techniques including joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, acupuncture, electrotherapy, and aquatic therapy. Elli is passionate about serving the community, helping people to get better, and to enjoy the activities they like.

Elli holds a degree in Bachelors in Medical Radiation Sciences at the University of Toronto, and a Masters in Physiotherapy at McMaster University.​ Elli is now the owner of C.E.S. Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center at Richmond Hill, and she is also the adjunct lecturer of the Physiotherapy Program at the University of Toronto.
Elli has a special interest in orthopedic surgeries, in which she developed a hip and knee replacement prehab programs, and a shoulder surgery prehab program at Rouge Valley Hospital.​​

WING KEI CHENG
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
ACUPUNCTURIST
Wing worked as registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong (China) since 1994. He has extensive experiences in hospitals, private clinic and community setting.
He has worked in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as Clinical Educator to supervise physiotherapy students in their clinical internship. He moved to Canada in 2017, since then he focused on obtaining his physiotherapist independent practice license. He graduated from the Ontario Internationally Educated Physical Therapy Bridging (OIEPB) Program through the University of Toronto in February 2019. He earned his Clinical Excellence Award in the Program, demonstrated excellent performance in all the internship clinical performance in Canada.
He can provide therapy to people from wide range of ages and stages of rehabilitation, from infants to seniors, and from acute condition to chronic rehabilitation. He utilizes therapeutic exercises, modalities, clinical acupuncture, mobilization and manual techniques to help patients with various musculoskeletal problems, pain, mobility and movement dysfunction. He can also provide education on self-managing techniques including home exercises program and movement strategies to help patients. Wing can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
JOEY WONG
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Joey is a registered physiotherapist at C.E.S. .
Joey is a physiotherapist graduated in Hong Kong. Her goal is to help patients with pain management, stay active and prevent injuries. She has experiences providing therapy to people from wide range of ages. She utilizes a combination of therapeutic exercises, modalities, mobilization and manual techniques to help patients reach their goals.
PARCO HO
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Parco is a physiotherapist in Ontario and a registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong.

He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and he is passionate about helping individuals achieve their optimal health through a holistic approach.

Parco's areas of expertise include acupuncture, exercise therapy, and manual techniques. He believes in providing personalized care that addresses the root cause of pain and promotes overall wellbeing. Parco has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients, and always strives to develop individualized treatment plans that suit their unique needs.

Parco enjoys staying active and participating in various physical activities in his free time. He is a certified personal trainer with the NSCA, and was a member of the university rowing team. Parco believes in the power of exercise to promote physical and mental health. He always encourages patients to incorporate physical activity into their daily routine.
HAZEL WU
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Hazel is a physiotherapist in Ontario and a registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong.
​
She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With a strong belief in constantly improving her knowledge and skills in her field, Hazel pursued further education in Modern Acupuncture Diploma and McKenzie Method after graduation.

Hazel's experience in practicing physiotherapy includes working in an acute hospital, where she treated patients in Medical Wards, Intensive Care Units, Acute Stroke Units, and Orthopaedics Outpatient Departments. This exposure has given her a wealth of knowledge and understanding of how to approach patients with various musculoskeletal and medical conditions.

In addition to her professional career, Hazel has a passion for sports and physical activities. She regularly plays volleyball every week and has volunteered her services as a physiotherapist for Oxfam Trailwalker and Standard Chartered Marathon.

Hazel's treatment approach involves a combination of hands-on therapy and therapeutic home exercises, customized to each patient's unique needs. This approach has proven to be effective in addressing patient problems, and she is committed to helping her clients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals.
LIANNE WONG

Lianne is a rehab secretary and a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant at C.E.S..

She graduated with the Bachelor of Science (Honours Kinesiology) at the University of Waterloo. With a profound commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, she aspires to address healthcare inequities and ensure that everyone has access to high-quality treatment and rehabilitation.

Lianne excels in tailoring exercise programs and tapping into the full potential of the patients. Witnessing the impact of the exercises on individuals' lives serves as a constant inspiration, propelling her to strive for excellence in her work.

Lianne is eager to expand her knowledge and skills within the rehabilitation industry. Her ultimate goal is to become a physiotherapist, utilizing her expertise to make a difference in the lives of her patients. Outside of her work, she maintains an active lifestyle, finding joy and tranquility in hiking and yoga.
NATALIE ORE
PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSISTANT
Natalie is a physiotherapy assistant at C.E.S. .

She is also a registered physiotherapist in Australia. She is a graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney. She is currently preparing to become licensed as a physiotherapist in Ontario.

Natalie has experiences working in hospitals and residential aged care facilities. This has given her a great extent of knowledge treating patients with different musculoskeletal and medical conditions.
DR.CHARLES YIP
CHIROPRACTOR
Charles is a diversified chiropractor who is specialized in patients with chronic pain. His primary goal is to help with pain management, injury prevention, maintaining joint mobility, and overall physical health. He will use a variety of manual therapies including joint manipulation or mobilization, myofascial release, acupuncture, and electrotherapy.
Charles holds a degree of Bachelors in Biological Sciences with a Thesis in Immunology at the University of Windsor, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Charles is especially interested in chronic pain with spinal stenosis, especially since working in the Department of Advanced Therapeutics with spinal stenosis patients at Mount Sinai Hospital.

CHIROPRACTOR
CLINIC OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Erica is a chiropractor who graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Prior to CMCC, Erica obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours Kinesiology) degree at McMaster University.
Erica is now practicing at C.E.S. using diversified techniques and acupuncture. Her primary goal is to advocate for chiropractic care and improve the health and wellness of patients through education and hands-on treatments.
Erica is passionate about giving back to the community and she has been a guest speaker in different health care presentations which talk about neck pain, back pain, osteoarthritis, and exercises.

Outside of work, Erica likes to draw and make crafts which lead her to create an online shop that sells anatomy-related artworks. Erica’s artworks can now be found in clinics, schools, and medical facilities all over the world.
DOREEN LI
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Doreen is a registered massage therapist.
She is passionate about her work and works in collaboration with other healthcare practitioners at our clinic to ensure optimal healthcare for all her patients. She focuses not on relaxation but to treat and help patients in pain.

TING JIANG
PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Ting is a Register Social Worker at the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services
Worker (OCSWSSW). She graduated from Niagara College with a Recreation Therapy program.
She obtains both a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from York University.
Ting has over 8 years of experience working with a diverse population in community settings.
She mainly works with young adults and adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. She
also provides psychological counselling services to clients who have been involved in Motor
Vehicle Accidents (MVA) at the rehabilitation and wellness centre. Her approach contains a
safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for those whom she has worked with.
Ting’s clinical approach consists of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion focused
Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), etc.
She believes everyone deserves a safe space to share their thoughts and feelings. Her style of
therapy is to help clients identify their challenge, define the meaning of life, and regain their
confidence.
Ting provides counselling support in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
HILLAND CHAN
PHYSIOTHERAPY RESIDENT
Hilland is a physiotherapist in Ontario and a registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong.
He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and Master of Science in Health Care from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has more than 20 years experience in physiotherapy, including serving children with special needs or multiple handicap in special schools and child care centers, as well as serving seniors in elderly day care centers. Moreover, he was a clinical educator for helping physiotherapy students to learn more about physiotherapy in paediatrics.
Hilland has great interest in pain management as obtained his diploma in Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Hong Kong Insitute of Pain. Also, he has pursued his further education in Toronto. He graduated in Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in Centennial College and he is a Certified Personal Trainer in Ontario Fitness Council. He engages in physical activities as he regularly plays basketball and he enjoys running and trail walking.
Hilland's treatment approach involves a combination of hands-on therapy, including manipulation, acupuncture, electrotherapy and therapeutic exercises and practical advice in home, work and daily activities. He commits himself to help clients attain health and wellness in a holistic way so as to improve their quality of life.
