鏟雪護脊小貼士

冬天來了! 鏟雪時姿勢不良是冬季腰痛的常見原因,所以確保正確鏟雪姿勢以避免受傷是十分重要! 就讓我們在這裡學習一些預防腰痛的鏟雪技巧吧!


- 盡量向前推,不要抬起雪堆 - 向前推雪,盡量避免抬起和扔

- 使用大腿膝蓋上作槓桿 - 如果你必須抬起,用你的膝蓋作為槓桿,並確保不要扭腰

- 使用較輕便的鏟子,這樣可以減輕您身體的壓力

- 經常休息(每 10 分鐘稍作休息)

- 若有舊患,可請求幫忙

- 最好使用吹雪機


如果您發現鏟雪後感到腰背疼痛,記緊讓治療師檢查一下。
