We talked about using foam rollers to ease muscle soreness. The following would be our last tip of what you can do!

4. Massage

One of the effective ways to reduce DOMS and perceived fatigue would be a therapeutic massage. The major effect of massage is the increase of blood and lymph flow, which may enhance the removal of pain substrates that start to accumulate in the injured areas. Studies have also shown that massage has a positive effect in lowering perceived pain and blocking pain sensation temporarily.
