在家工作已有一段的日子,有否發現您的肩頸比以往更繃緊,並發覺自己擁有圓肩及寒背?不要怕,齊來學做這三種運動以改善您的圓肩寒背和肩頸繃緊!


1. 收摺下巴

· 慢慢地把下巴往後

· 做一個“雙下巴”

· 保持5秒鐘,重複10次


2. 肩胛骨擠壓

· 站直或坐直

· 一起擠壓肩胛骨(往後及往下)

· 保持5秒鐘,重複15次


3. 胸肌伸展

· 站在門口或牆角

· 將雙手放在門的側面或牆上

· 向前傾斜以伸展胸部

· 保持30秒,重複3次
